Guitar Hero is a video game series that has the player use a guitar shaped controller to simulate playing a guitar or bass. The player taps coloured buttons as notes appear on the screen to score points. The fourth game in the series, Guitar Hero: World Tour, allowed the player to use a drum controller and a microphone to simulate drumming and singing respectively. The series features songs from numerous rock bands, including Muse.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of RockEdit

The third game in the series features Knights of Cydonia.

Downloadable ContentEdit

Legends of Rock allows players to download additional songs onto the game. On May 8th 2008, a Muse themed DLC pack was released, featuring Supermassive Black Hole, Exo-Politics and Stockholm Syndrome.

Guitar Hero: World TourEdit

The fourth game in the series features Assassin.

Guitar Hero 5Edit

Matthew Bellamy features in the series' fifth game as a playable guitarist. Also appearing is the song Plug In Baby.

Guitar Hero: Warriors of RockEdit

The sixth and supposed final game of the series features Uprising.

Downloadable ContentEdit

Warriors of Rock allows players to download additional songs onto the game. On October 12th 2010, Resistance became available as part of the Rocktober Track Pack, alongside Na Na Na by My Chemical Romance, and The Infection by Disturbed.
